About this role

Republic Services is seeking an Account Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell waste and recycling solutions to new commercial and industrial clients within an assigned geographic area. This role involves delivering sales presentations, managing customer relationships, and meeting revenue goals through proactive sales activities and a deep understanding of company services.

Identify and acquire new profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business
Prospect and sell full suite of Republic Services products and solutions
Deliver sales presentations and close sales with key decision makers
Utilize Salesforce for daily activities and customer profiling
Develop awareness of market behavior and competitive trends
Meet and exceed monthly established targeted revenue goals
