Technical Solutions Engineer, Command

Asana is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their new Command product team, focusing on go-to-market strategy for software development teams. You will partner with customers to demonstrate how Command enhances planning and execution, working closely with sales and product teams to shape the product and its technical positioning.

• Partner with Account Executives on technical validation for mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Develop deep understanding of product development workflows and map them to Command
• Translate customer pain points into solution designs and business value narratives
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations
• Advise on solution architecture, integrations, and deployment approaches
• Build repeatable demo assets, solution patterns, and technical collateral
