About this role

As a Sales Representative in Japan, you will manage dealer relationships to drive sales growth for Caterpillar products and services in the NCL Tohoku and Hokkaido region. You will collaborate with dealers on sales strategies, support new product rollouts, and conduct performance reviews to ensure successful market penetration and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

Manage and develop dealer relationships to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and new product launch plans
Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide support
Present products and services to stakeholders and address customer needs
3+ years in commercial roles with dealer/customer interaction
Fluent in English and Japanese
