Account Solution Architect

Red Hat is seeking an experienced Account Solution Architect to lead technical engagements with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and technical leader. This role involves understanding customer goals, designing solutions with Red Hat's portfolio, and ensuring successful customer outcomes throughout their lifecycle.

• Orchestrate Red Hat's technical approach for assigned customer accounts
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor to customer teams and sales
• Design and articulate solutions aligning with customer business objectives
• Develop and execute Customer Success Plans
• Own the technical win for sales opportunities
