Labcorp is seeking a field-based Key Account Executive to manage and grow accounts in the Hampton Roads, VA area. This role involves educating clients, providing ongoing service, resolving issues, and driving organic growth through upselling and account management.

• Manage and grow assigned accounts in a sales territory
• Act as a liaison between clients and Labcorp operations
• Provide superior customer service and ensure client retention
• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed retention and upsell goals
