Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. Your role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, processing sales, and maintaining product knowledge. You will also contribute to sales goals and help improve sales strategies.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned area
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
