Senior Solutions Architect, Contact Center

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to design and implement customer contact center solutions using Zendesk and AWS. You will translate client requirements into technical solutions, own end-to-end project delivery, and collaborate with internal teams and clients. This role involves configuring AWS services, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting pre-sales activities.

• Understand customer functional and technical requirements
• Own end-to-end technical delivery of customer implementation projects
• Configure AWS services like Amazon Connect, CloudFormation, and Lambda
