Inside Sales Account Executive

VSP Vision is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to develop and grow the broker base within an assigned territory. This remote role involves creating sales strategies, building business relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to implement new clients and maintain broker relationships.

• Develop and grow broker base within assigned territory
• Execute creative sales strategy to generate sales opportunities
• Build rapport and solid business relationships with prospective accounts and brokers
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Market Directors
• Coordinate with Operations for client implementation and broker relationship maintenance
• Provide plan design options, sales information, and rate quotations
