Account Executive

As an Account Executive in Rotterdam, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for medium to large, complex customers, focusing on service, retention, and high-quality execution. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver freight-forwarding solutions. This role requires a blend of freight-forwarding knowledge, communication skills, and commercial awareness, with a hybrid work model balancing in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

• Serve as primary day-to-day customer contact
• Support account retention and customer service
• Collaborate with Key Account Manager and operations teams
• Identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement
• Minimum 2 years customer-facing experience in freight forwarding
• Fluency in Dutch and English
