Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative

Inizio Engage is seeking a performance-driven Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative to promote a leading biotechnology company's products. This role involves educating healthcare providers on disease states and products, identifying potential patients, and driving demand through strategic sales activities. The position requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in pediatrics or a comparable field.

• Achieve territory/primary market results measured in referrals and new prescriptions
• Drive demand through clinical selling and education to referring Generalists
• Identify and validate potential patients for therapy
• Conduct cold calling on key accounts and gain access/insights
• Profile accounts and edit lead lists for target accuracy
• Provide account feedback and market intelligence to leadership
