Major Account Executive - HOA and Residential Services Prospector and Account Manager

Republic Services is seeking a Major Account Executive to prospect and sell new residential waste and recycling services to homeowners associations within a designated market. This role involves building relationships, delivering sales presentations, and managing customer accounts to meet revenue goals.

• Identify and prospect new residential waste and recycling accounts
• Sell total waste stream management solutions to HOAs
• Build relationships and increase company visibility
• Utilize CRM for activity tracking and customer profiling
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations
