Senior Quote-to-Cash Systems Engineer

Clio is seeking a Senior Quote-to-Cash Systems Engineer to manage and scale their Quote-to-Cash stack, including Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems. This hands-on role involves optimizing CPQ configurations, supporting billing processes, building integrations, and leveraging AI to enhance workflows. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CPQ and billing platforms, along with extensive Salesforce administration experience.

• Own and optimize DealHub CPQ configuration, including product, pricing, and quote templates
• Support end-to-end billing and invoicing processes across Salesforce, DealHub, NetSuite, and LeapFin
• Scale Quote-to-Cash systems to support new products, pricing models, and acquisitions
• Design, build, and support integrations and automations within the Q2C ecosystem
• Troubleshoot and resolve quoting, billing, and integration issues
• Utilize AI to accelerate work and improve Q2C workflows
