Account Executive

Duke Energy is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with their largest commercial and industrial customers. This role involves enhancing customer satisfaction, strengthening partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that support business objectives and manage customer issues.

• Manage strategic issues and cultivate relationships with large commercial and industrial customers
• Enhance customer satisfaction and build customer advocacy
• Develop and execute strategies to support business objectives
• Identify and position technical products and service solutions
• Manage sales process from needs assessment to solution delivery
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal teams
