HVAC Owner Direct Account Sales Rep

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Owner Direct Sales Account Executive to manage a portfolio of accounts, selling HVAC service offerings to Director- and VP-level buyers. This role focuses on building long-term service relationships, positioning solutions, and uncovering opportunities for service and retrofit work in existing buildings.

• Sell HVAC service offerings to building owners and decision makers
• Build and grow long-term relationships with target and managed accounts
• Position renewable service agreements and expand offerings within accounts
• Identify services and retrofit opportunities for existing buildings
• Minimum six years of progressive field sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent sales experience
