Customer Solution Engineer - AI Native/Consumption Quote to Cash

Zuora is seeking a technical SaaS solutions engineer to drive technical wins for billing and quote-to-cash opportunities. You will act as a technical subject matter expert for strategic customers, focusing on consumption/usage-based monetization and AI-native environments. This hands-on role involves scoping, configuring, and building solutions, partnering with Account Executives, and ensuring the technical health of customer accounts.

• Drive technical wins in enterprise sales cycles
• Own account technical health and integration issues
• Scope and build quote-to-cash solutions including consumption-based billing
• Build and execute proofs of concept with APIs and integrations
• Design and demonstrate monetization of usage- and AI-driven products
• Deliver technical presentations to business and technical stakeholders
