Account Manager - Sales

Republic Services is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste services customers in an assigned territory. You will be responsible for retaining customers, increasing sales of the company's full suite of products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
• Sell the full suite of Republic Services products to existing customers
• Develop knowledge of company services, pricing, and offers
• Respond to cancellation requests and manage customer accounts
• Utilize Salesforce for daily activity tracking and documentation
• Partner with operations to resolve customer service issues
