Manager, Business Development Representative

Proofpoint is seeking a Manager of Business Development Representatives to lead and grow a team focused on generating qualified sales opportunities. You will coach and mentor BDRs, drive process improvements, and collaborate with sales and marketing to build pipeline. This is a hybrid role based in our Pittsburgh, PA office.
