Account Executive, Field Sales & Training - Carolinas

Sol de Janeiro is seeking an experienced Field Sales and Training Account Executive for the Carolinas territory. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service through in-store programs, events, and product education. You will collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to achieve sales goals and enhance brand presence.

• Build brand awareness and drive sales within the Carolinas territory
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and product training
• Develop and execute strategic in-store programs and events
• Establish strong relationships with retail partners and store staff
• Manage sales performance, inventory, and visual merchandising
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field sales or account coordination in skincare/hair/body
