Account Executive

CRC is seeking an Account Executive with 3 years of wholesale insurance experience to join their sales team in Carmel, IN. This role involves promoting new and renewal business, negotiating terms with underwriters, and providing quotations to agents. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a current state-specific insurance license.

• Promote new and renewal business to achieve production goals
• Negotiate terms with underwriters including price, deductible, and exclusions
• Select carriers to approach with accounts
• Assist with and provide quotations for new business, renewals, and endorsements
• Process new business, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
• Maintain knowledge of the insurance industry and sales ideas
