Account Manager - Home Health Sales

VitalCaring is seeking a field-based Account Manager to drive referral growth in home health and hospice services. This role involves building relationships with healthcare partners, generating new business through outreach, and meeting performance targets within an assigned territory.

• Develop and grow territory through proactive relationship building
• Establish and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare providers

• Serve as primary point of contact for referral partners
• Maintain daily activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
