• Drive strategic growth by identifying and engaging top real estate agents and teams
• Position Compass's value proposition including technology, marketing, and growth platform
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process
• Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence
• Proven success in a quota-carrying role with 5+ years of experience
• Based in Charleston, SC office for an onsite, market-facing role
