Channel Account Manager- HVAC

Johnson Controls is seeking a Channel Account Manager to focus on HVAC and Refrigeration Controls wholesale distributor accounts. You will build relationships, expand sales, and ensure customer satisfaction within this industry. This role requires a strong technical understanding of HVAC/R systems and excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Develop and implement control strategy plans for HVAC/R Wholesale accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC/R Wholesale channel
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Provide technical support and guidance to Wholesale customers
• Understand Wholesale customer needs and requirements
