Sr. Manager, Outbound SDR

Awardco is seeking a Senior Manager for their Outbound Sales Development team in Lindon, Utah. This leadership role involves owning the performance, culture, and growth of a team of 10-15 SDRs, focusing on creating new pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a builder with experience in scaling outbound processes and developing talent.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-15 outbound SDRs
• Own outbound activity metrics, pipeline forecasting, and team performance reporting
• Build and execute a scalable outbound sales development strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, HR, and Recruiting
• Design and deliver targeted outbound coaching and training programs
• Drive recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new SDR talent
