Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our products and services. You will manage implementation projects, provide excellent customer experiences, and maximize revenue through effective resource utilization. This role involves troubleshooting customer issues, conducting product training, and providing regular updates to both customers and internal teams.

• Provide customer service for assigned customer groups and product areas
• Analyze customer requirements and implement defined solutions
• Troubleshoot and document specific customer issues
• Conduct product and feature training for customers
• Create, update, and maintain customer status and management reports
• Escalate customer, process, and product issues appropriately
