Hybrid Development Representative

Toast is seeking a Hybrid Development Representative intern to join their sales organization. This role serves as a foundational entry point, designed to develop future Account Executives through a structured sales program. You will be responsible for high-volume outreach, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

• Complete at least 100 outreach activities daily (calls, emails, social)
• Host qualification calls to understand prospect needs
• Schedule meetings for qualified prospects
• Develop into a full-cycle Account Executive within 12-18 months
• Career ambition to become a commissioned closing Account Executive
