Solutions Engineer - Enterprise

SHI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to collaborate with account teams in assessing customer data center environments and designing tailored infrastructure solutions. This remote role, based in the Phoenix, AZ area, involves building technical relationships with OEMs, providing training, and identifying technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, and Security spaces.

• Collaborate with account teams to evaluate customer data center environments
• Design and propose tailored infrastructure solutions
• Build and maintain technical relationships with OEMs and strategic partners
• Provide product training and technical education to sales teams and customers
• Identify technology opportunities across Data Center, Cloud, Network, and Security
• Develop solutions that fit customer needs and budgets
