Alkami is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to serve as a proactive, consultative partner for financial institution clients using their Data & Marketing solution. You will manage client relationships, leverage data-driven insights, and provide strategic guidance to help clients achieve measurable business outcomes and drive marketing performance. This remote role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to translate platform usage into clear value stories for executive stakeholders.

What we are looking for

Serve as primary consultative partner for assigned Data & Marketing clients
Provide recommendations on data-driven marketing strategies and best practices
Analyze client usage and campaign results to demonstrate ROI
Build and deliver Executive/Strategic Business Reviews
Develop multi-threaded relationships with operational contacts and executives
Execute renewal playbooks and processes to achieve retention targets
