Inside Sales Account Executive

VSP Vision is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive to develop and grow broker relationships within an assigned territory. You will create sales opportunities by contacting prospective brokers and accounts, build strong business relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client implementation and ongoing satisfaction. This remote role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy and client management.

• Develop and grow broker base within assigned territory
• Solicit and develop new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with accounts and brokers
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Market Directors
• Provide plan design options, sales information, and rate quotations
• Three years of sales experience required
