Sales Engineer

Join Monolithic Power Systems as a Sales Engineer in Shanghai, China. You will build relationships with customers and distributors, manage key projects, and negotiate prices to achieve sales goals. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

• Build relationships with customers, distributors, FAE, and marketing teams
• Manage key customer projects and conduct price negotiations
• Achieve sales goals and objectives through influence
• Travel a minimum of 40% of the time
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering
• Over 2 years of experience in sales/marketing of Analog power and/or integrated circuits
