Account Executive, Underwriter, Public Sector Services

As an Account Executive for Public Sector Services, you will partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and renewal business, managing the profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business. You will underwrite and negotiate customer accounts, foster relationships with internal and external partners, and identify new business opportunities using consultative sales skills.

• Manage profitability, growth, and retention of assigned book of business
• Underwrite and negotiate customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
• Foster relationships with agents and brokers to market and sell products
• Identify and capture new business opportunities using consultative marketing and sales skills
• Develop and execute agency and region/group sales plans
