Inside Sales Rep

United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Braintree, MA. This role is responsible for driving branch revenue by managing equipment rentals, sales, customer relations, and telemarketing. You will advise customers on equipment needs and ensure exceptional service.

• Manage equipment rentals, sales, and customer relations
• Drive branch revenue through telemarketing and call-in customers
• Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices
• Educate customers on equipment usage and safety
• Coordinate equipment pickups and returns
• Maintain accurate inventory records
