About this role
KnowBe4 is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their sales team in Clearwater, Florida. This hybrid role focuses on pre-sales support, researching and qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and educating prospects about security solutions. You will partner with marketing and sales to convert leads into qualified opportunities, track activities in CRM, and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
