Senior Mid-Market Account Director

Five9 is seeking a Senior Mid-Market Account Director to manage existing customer relationships and drive new revenue opportunities for their cloud contact center software. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, identifying growth potential, and closing complex sales cycles while ensuring customer retention.

• Manage existing customer relationships and overall account strategy
• Drive new revenue opportunities for Five9's products and services
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience, preferably in CCaaS/SaaS
