Manage relationships for ultra-high net worth donors and their advisors, providing superior service and solutions for complex donor-advised fund accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for all policy and transactional inquiries, ensuring seamless operational delivery and risk mitigation.

What we are looking for

Serve as the main point of contact for ultra-high net worth donors and advisors
Manage donor-advised fund accounts and ensure end-to-end operational service delivery
Resolve sensitive donor and advisor issues with accuracy and within service timeframes
Identify and escalate potential risks, presenting solutions to senior management
Consult with clients on best practices and tailor account management processes
Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Investments, and Tax
