Sales Development Rep

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key player in driving sales growth by nurturing customer relationships from initial contact through post-sale support. You will proactively generate leads, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the company's financial success.

• Nurture and cultivate prospect relationships throughout their entire journey
• Generate appointments and drive traffic through outbound calls and lead generation techniques
• Communicate effectively with prospective customers to understand needs and provide product information
• Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments
• Utilize CRM system to record and manage customer information and interactions
• Track and analyze personal performance metrics
