Regional Sales Trainer -- EAST Region

Abbott is seeking a Regional Sales Trainer for their Core Diagnostics Division to deliver and reinforce commercial training to sales professionals in the EAST region. This field-embedded role involves classroom and virtual training, as well as extensive field coaching and observation to ensure consistent application of sales strategies and skills.

• Deliver sales training curriculum in classroom, virtual, and field settings
• Reinforce training concepts through field co-travel and real-time coaching
• Observe selling behaviors and provide constructive, actionable feedback
• Coach basic and advanced selling skills including negotiation and strategic selling
• Partner with sales managers to align reinforcement activities with field priorities
• Stay current on products, competitive environment, and commercial strategy
