Lead a team of Enterprise Systems Engineers supporting strategic enterprise accounts, driving technical excellence and customer outcomes. This role connects Sales, Systems Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure technical strategies align with go-to-market plans. You will help enterprise organizations navigate cyber resilience, cloud adoption, data security, and AI readiness to accelerate Veeam's growth.
What we are looking for
6- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Systems Engineers
- Align Field Sales, Systems Engineers, and customer technical stakeholders
- Drive technical strategy across data resilience, cyber recovery, cloud, security, and AI
- Partner with Sales, Alliances, Product, Engineering, and Marketing leaders
- Represent Veeam in executive customer and partner engagements
- 15+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering or enterprise technology leadership
