What we are looking for

Act as the primary technical advisor for assigned enterprise accounts
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships
Lead strategic technology discussions focused on digital transformation, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, AI, data analytics, networking, and infrastructure optimization
Translate business objectives into technical strategies, roadmaps, and solution recommendations
Partner with account executives to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and customer concerns
