Account Manager

Acrisure is seeking a Commercial Lines Large Account Manager to maintain and service assigned accounts, focusing on client retention and relationship building. You will market and service accounts to contribute to profitable growth by achieving renewal goals and providing exceptional client service.

• Maintain strong client relationships and assist with account updates and coverage decisions
• Collaborate with client advisors to market, quote, and prepare proposals
• Provide day-to-day service, anticipate needs, and respond to client issues promptly
• Handle initial claims reports and follow up to ensure proper progression
• Monitor carrier activities and complete account reviews
• Round out insurance portfolios and seek referrals for new business
