Inside Sales Representative

HELP is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to act as a key liaison between customers and the sales team, managing interactions from initial contact to closing. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and drive results for HVAC services.

• Manage and qualify leads, maintaining a full sales pipeline
• Schedule appointments and coordinate salesperson schedules
• Conduct outbound calls to re-engage potential customers
• Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve as the primary customer contact and guide them through the sales process
• Collaborate with installation, service, and marketing teams
