Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at Paperless Parts, you will bridge the gap between customer needs and our SaaS product's technical capabilities. You'll partner with Sales and Professional Services teams, engaging in pre-sales discovery, scoping solutions, and providing technical guidance. Post-sale, you'll act as a technical lead on implementation projects, ensuring successful platform adoption and customer value.

• Lead technical design and business process discovery sessions
• Develop and deliver customized solution proposals
• Create statements of work and pricing for custom services
• Provide technical guidance on software integration, deployment, and security
• Partner closely with Account Executives to drive sales opportunities
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical architectures
