Account Executive

As an Underwriting Account Executive, you will manage the entire lifecycle of assigned insurance accounts, from initial submission to renewal. You will coordinate with brokers, underwriters, and carriers to ensure successful placement, retention, and growth of business. This role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and market dynamics.

• Manage accounts from submission through binding and renewal
• Partner with brokers and underwriters to solicit, quote, and maintain business
• Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and deductibles with carriers
• Select appropriate carriers and manage the marketing process
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Maintain ongoing communication with agents, carriers, and internal stakeholders
