Sales Director, Defense Industrial Base (DIB)

Synack is seeking a Sales Director to lead business growth within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) as part of the Public Sector team. This role involves driving new logo acquisition and expanding existing accounts by building strong customer relationships and understanding their unique needs. You will leverage your expertise in government procurement and cybersecurity solutions to craft tailored proposals and close complex deals.

• Lead Synack's DIB business and drive revenue growth
• Develop strategic account plans and build consultative relationships
• Craft and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions
• Navigate complex government procurement processes
• Sell cybersecurity solutions, SaaS products, and professional services
• Leverage existing network within the DoD or DIB
