AI Solution Architect

Shelf is seeking an AI Solution Architect to act as the primary technical authority in customer engagements. You will translate complex enterprise data and GenAI challenges into deployable architectures, lead pre-sales technical discussions, and design solutions that demonstrate measurable value. This role involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to guide pilots, define reference architectures, and influence product direction.

• Lead pre-sales technical conversations on architecture, security, and deployment strategy
• Design end-to-end solutions and reference architectures for GenAI challenges
• Guide proof-of-value pilots with customer data alongside Engineering
• Present solutions to senior technical stakeholders and translate technical capabilities into business value
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams throughout the sales cycle
• Provide field feedback to influence product roadmap and strategic direction
