Toast is seeking a Hybrid Development Representative intern to join their sales organization. This role serves as a foundational entry point, designed to develop future Account Executives through a structured sales program. You will be responsible for high-volume outreach, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

What we are looking for

Complete at least 100 high-quality outreach activities daily
Host qualification calls to determine prospect needs and platform fit
Schedule meetings for qualified prospects for Account Executives
Develop skills through Toast Sales Academy for advancement to Account Executive
Requires career ambition, drive, growth mindset, and strong communication skills
