Mid-Market Account Manager

Greenhouse is seeking a Mid-Market Account Manager to own customer relationships, focusing on renewals, product adoption, and upselling. This role involves understanding customer business objectives, collaborating internally, and driving revenue growth within a dedicated book of business.

• Manage a dedicated Mid-Market book of business
• Own renewals and upselling of new products and services
• Act as a trusted advisor, leading product adoption efforts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks
• Experience in a quota-carrying SaaS role
