Sales Executive

Join Frencken Mechatronics Malaysia as a Sales Coordinator to manage customer accounts, ensure order fulfillment, and build strong client relationships. You will be instrumental in preparing quotations, tracking project progress, and maintaining excellent communication with our global OEM partners in the semiconductor, industrial automation, and medical industries.

• Manage customer orders from initiation to delivery
• Prepare and review quotations and sales documentation
• Liaise with existing and potential customers
• Track project milestones and prepare sales reports
• Maintain and enhance long-term customer relationships
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales administration or customer service
