Inside Sales Engineer

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing expert support and solutions for our advanced products. You will build strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and reflected in product development. This role involves demonstrating complex technical aspects and ensuring customer satisfaction from pre-sales through post-sales.

• Provide technical support and customer solutions via phone and online channels
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
• Offer pre and post-sales technical support for complex products
