Sales Representative

Blue Cross Blue Shield Wyoming is seeking a Sales Representative to guide potential and active members through product decisions, enrollment, and utilization of BCBSWY products and services. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to securing and maintaining member sales, with a focus on individual products like ACA and Medicare Advantage.

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to member retention
• Focus on individual product sales (ACA, Medicare Advantage)
• Requires active Wyoming State Insurance license
• Strong human relations, time management, and sales acumen needed
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool knowledge preferred
• Moderate in-state travel with some overnight possible
