Senior Director, Partner Sales

Lead partner sales strategy and execution across AMER and LATAM for Braze, a customer engagement platform. You will manage a team of Partner Sales Managers, drive partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, and collaborate with sales leadership to embed partner-first selling.

• Lead and develop a team of four Partner Sales Managers across AMER and LATAM
• Own partner-qualified lead generation, pipeline, and sourced revenue
• Build and execute territory-level partner strategies
• Operate as a commercial peer to VP Sales leadership
• Govern partner attach rates on new business opportunities
• Support key Platinum-tier partners and build senior relationships
